Number of qualified staff!!

Just a quick question...haven't posted in this section before!
In a pre-school does there have to be a minimum of 2 qualified staff there at all times,,, even if there are only 11 children in that day??
There will be another member of staff there but she isn't qualified.
Any help will be much appreciated, thanks

Only 50% of staff have to be qualified, however there must be one level 3 in each room.

We only use 1 room but have an outside area....so as we are in ratio we should be ok for a day??

Yes if there are 2 staff on duty at least one must have a level 3 the other one doesnt even have to be qualified.
