Day Nurseries in Nottingham

DS has had two trial sessions and a couple of days at a nursery but I get the feeling it isn't the right choice after all and I'm considering moving him to another one before he gets too settled.

We're fairly central, Carrington/Sherwood sort of area but I'm happy to travel any reasonable distance to a good nursery, though nurseries to the north of the city would be preferable so we avoid the traffic.

I'd already viewed a few nurseries but they weren't right for one reason or another. Busy Bees had no places and the room that DS would have been in at Asquith was in the centre of the building with no natural light which I wasn't too comfortable with, though the rest of the nursery seemed lovely.

We settled for Stepping Stones on Arboretum Street but my gut feeling is telling me it isn't right for us.

Is anyone here from Nottingham? Do you have any recommendations? Anywhere to avoid? Any advice is much appreciated, thank you.
