Does anyone have their kids at Mace in Hammersmith? I'm having some problems with this nursery and was wondering if someone else had any problems with them...
...it's sad really because i feel everything is ok until a parent decides to complain then the real problems start. My daughter is very happy at the nursery and wouldn't like to take her from there unless in absolutely necessary however management has let me down and I'm not sure how to deal with this situation...
