Hi All,
my little one had turned 6months and I have get back to work sooner than I was expecting (I am gutted), so I am searching for a good nursery in W5 area in ealing. I have looked into Buttercups on Florence rd and Happychild on Grove rd. I would be so grateful if some could advise me of any good/bad experiences you may have had in these places.
Thx

Hi i am in the same position my DS (3 months) will will need an ealing nursery in march. Thought Buttercups seemed ok but there wasn't much focus on activities - in the paperwork it was all about money! Only got satisfactory from Ofsted where as many of the other nurseries in ealing got good.

I Would also value feedback from any mums who use an ealing nursery.

I've not used Buttercups - it had a very good reputation about 4 years ago though. I've visited the happy child on Northfields and was far from impressed with their facilities. My kids go to the YMCA nursery which is great - especially for the under 3's. Lovely bright rooms, caring cuddly staff, and nice garden/playground.

When I was originally looking (4 years ago), I put ds's name down at a number of nurseries but only got one offer! so in the end I had no choice anyway (although luckily it was my number one choice that offered) - most of them have very long waiting lists. Don't mean to depress you but it's worth asking them about.
