I have recently moved to the area for my DH's job and need to find a nursery for my 2 DD aged 6 months and 2 years

I have checked OFSTED reports but would like any local knowledge if anyone has any of the best nurseries in the area and the ones to avoid

Thank you for your help

Hi,
I use Claremont nursery. Very low staff turnover - alot of the staff there who looked after my daughter are now looking after my son (there is 6.5 years between them). They only start at 1yr though. Home cooked meals, lots of playground space. Lots go on to the school but not all.

both my girls went to a nursery called st nicks in st leonards and they were well prepared for school at the end of the year and are now in year 2 top of the class. avoid places like the gables and abc nursery because they both need ofsted to close them down there so bad
