my son is 3 in september so misses school this yr so will go nursery do i have to wait till he is 3 before puttin his name down for his free place or can i put it down now ready for wen he is 3 if that makes any sense lol

I'd put his name down as soon as possible. In lots of areas, there will be a waiting list.
