Hello mums

My baby (when do you stop calling them "my baby"?!) - is moving into an older group at the nursery. And I would like to get some thank you gifts for the lovely ladies that look after her in the "babies" group. My dilemma is that she has a primary carer, but as I can tell, all the ladies look after all the babies in the group. OK, the primary is more hands on with my baby, but my baby is very happy with all the other ladies as well. So what do I do : do I buy the primary carer a slightly larger gift and risk upsetting the other ladies or do I buy them all the same and risk upsetting the primary? Obviously I can't go and ask so I was wondering if anyone here has any advice. (I was thinking to get them some nice pampering gifts - they are all mums so I think they would appreciate them)

Thank you

I would get them all the same gift but give his key person a personal thank you card, telling her how fantastic she is. It's always nice to be appreciated.

Thank you purepurple, I'll do that. I think she knows that we appreciate her as I do talk to her a lot.
