Recommendations for good nurseries in Central Edinburgh desperately needed

Hello there

We're trying to find a good nursery for my DS in Central Edinburgh (preferably roughly in the vicinity of Haymarket or Waverley, though it wouldn't be a killer if not)... Anyone got any ideas? He'll be one, and will be in full days, four days a week. It's totally killing me to think about leaving him (I know this'll be familiar to you all) so it needs to be somewhere pretty shit-hot. We can hopefully join a waiting list if need be, as I'm not going back to work for a good few months yet.

Hi I publish a magazine called Nursery and School Guide which lists all the private nurseries in Edinburgh by area with the costs, times, size etc. You can buy a copy from Waterstones, Waitrose or read it free on line. I hope this helps as a starting point.
