I just wanted to get your opinoin on something. I have one daughter of 2 years old and work as a freelance journalist. I've had real problems with childcare in the past as I didn't want a nanny/au pair full time on the off chance I had a meeting and I couldn't completley rely on friends all the time as it seemed I was taking the mick a bit.
I've heard of a new website www.emergencychildcare.co.uk which lets you book nursery places as and when you need them without commiting to one session a week etc.
What do you think....it sounds like the answer to all my prayers
