Hi there
Didnt like to see you go unaswered.

I have no experience of funding for private nursery unfortunately but hopefully someone will be able to help you with that. Have you thought about asking your local authority if they could give you any assistance or info on claiming?

Have you looked to see if there are any dad and childrens groups in your area? I know that they are few and far between, but you never know your luck! Smile

Hi there sorry I am not much help with your queries but if you find your local branch of the NCT using this website www.nct.org.uk/in-your-area/branch-finder

they are very good at knowing what entitlements you can have access to and may be able to let you know about cheaper nurseries to allow your son more time with other children / carers?

Also you could call the branch and therefore not have to use the computer so much. The best way is to just keep asking.

Even ask the nursery he is attending at the moment. I am sure there would be more help available to someone in your situation?

Good luck to you and your 4 year old with what you can find. School is not far off for him anyway I imagine..

ps if you can't find your specific branch using that website above call 0300 330 0770 and get them to connect you or give you the number over the phone
