which is better for your child? When do they sleep? are they easier in the morning or the afternoon? WHat are the nursery like wrt nap times? does that tie in with your child?

I'd do morning so you get the rushing around out of the way first, and then can enjoy winding down towards evening time and bath etc together. Can be very hectic when just getting home, everyone cranky and tired etc and you only have a little while to get everything done.

I'd do morning, my 12 month old has a short nap in the morning at nursery and a longer one at lunch once we have got home. Plus you might find it hard to start work at lunchtime (if you've been up at night or rushing with little one in the morning!)
