I would like to move my 2year old son from his current nursery tp Playhouse Day Nursery W7...Do any of you use this nursery. Currently, my son attens Ealing Hospital Nursery, the layout is good but I am not convinced he is happy there. Playhouse Day Nursery looks basic but the staff seem nice. I would like to hear from any mums who have heard of this nursery as your real opinion counts. Thanks in advance! Shaznayk

Hi Shaznayk,

I'm afraid I don't know either of the nurseries you're talking about, but I just wanted to say I would always go for your gut instinct about nurseries - good staff are hard to come by

(I own a day nursery and we're incredibly lucky to have loyal staff and virtually no staff turnover since I bought it 5 years ago, we are also in a basic, (for basic read crap) building, but yet parents tend to come back to us after having viewed all the other 'state of the art' nurseries because our staff are so friendly and approachable)

I always say to friends and family (especially those not in our catchment area!) that gut instinct and staff are the MOST important thing when it comes to your child's nursery care, you can usually guarantee that 9 times out of 10 your gut instinct about your child is right!

Sorry it's not more useful, but just wanted to let you know that you're probably right to move him if you think he's not happy.

Good Luck with it all!

xx

Thanks Sparkiestfiend. I am viewing Buttons Nursery tomorrow and will hopefully make a decision tomorrow evening. Hope I am doing the right thing by my little fellow! x
