Hi everyone,

I’m currently recruiting for the early development phase of my PhD project at Birmingham City University, which focuses on developing a supportive wellbeing intervention for mothers’ mental health after birth.

I’m looking to hear from two groups:

🌸Mothers
Pregnant women, new mums, or mothers with experience of postnatal mental health challenges who would be willing to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas.

⭐Clinicians
Healthcare professionals who work with the perinatal population who would be interested in being part of an expert panel to help guide and shape the intervention from the beginning.

The aim is to make sure this work is shaped by both lived experience and clinical expertise, so it feels meaningful, practical, and genuinely supportive for mothers.

I’ve attached posters with more information.

Participants will receive a voucher as a thank you for their time.

If you’re interested or would like to know more, please email me:

Please feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.
