Looking to chat with anyone who's bought a house in the last couple of years (20 min call, coffee on me)

Hello,

I'm researching how people make decisions when buying a house. Specifically what information is easy to find, what's frustratingly hard to find, and what you only discovered after you'd moved in.

I'm not an estate agent, not working for one, and not selling anything. I'm exploring whether there's something worth building to help people during the house-buying process, but I want to learn first rather than assume I know what people need.

I'm looking for 5 people who've bought a house in the last year or two who'd be up for a 20-minute phone or video call to share their experience. No preparation needed, just want to hear your story.

Happy to send a Costa/Amazon voucher as a thank you for your time.

If you're interested, please reply here or DM me and we can arrange a time that works for you.

Thanks for reading!

I am in this category. I found all the information I needed online, because I'm not an idiot. Confused

@MakeYourOwnSunshine Fair point! I'm less interested in stuff that's findable with good research, more curious about the things that surprised people after they moved in despite doing their homework. The stuff you can only really know once you're living there.
