Anyone living in Ramsgate newington area give any adive. I currently live in Deal in a top floor flat and have found a swap for newington in Ramsgate for a house, im just scared its a bad area and has a high crime rate. Im not fussed about living Deal im not from here to be honest not the biggest fan but I still dont want to move to a really rough area! I kno getting a house when I have a flat is probably not going to happen for me again. Any advice welcome from anyone living in Ramsgate/ newington or knows the area well.
