Has anyone only received a warning for mobile phone use while driving?

Anyone ever had just a warning for using a mobile phone when driving and didnt get any points or a fine out of interest. (I have never used a mobile phone when driving btw) just curious. Uk only.

Surely not, what would be the point of putting in all those cameras to see people doing it and then not issuing fines.
