Welcome! You do not need to introduce yourself. There are hundreds of thousands of people reading and posting here.

You would be well advised to read a couple of dozen threads at least, before starting one of your own.

You haven't given very much in the way of an introduction about yourself? Not that it's necessary.

Just start posting on boards and threads you're interested in. We'll soon get to know you! X

Hello @busylexi . Happy birthday and welcome to Mumsnet.
A few words of advice - as a Newbie I would stay away from AIBU for a little while as sometimes posters on there can sometimes be particularly unkind. Familiarise yourself with the different talk boards as asking for advice on specific boards is more likely to gain you appropriate and sympathetic advice. Threads on Chat can sometimes (but not always) be a fun way of whiling away a bit of time.

I believe there are specific board offering support for mental health if that’s what you need.
