MatB1 help universal credit

So i have filled out both forms for my sure start grant and maternity allowance. Both forms ask for my MatB1 ( no photocopies) but the midwives only supply me one.
i am 34 weeks pregnant and only just been given my MatB1 form . I have been trying to contact universal credit to notify them of my pregnancy since June and i havent heard anything back.
does anyone know what my next steps are

You can inform UC online by making a change of circumstances and adding your pregnancy as a health condition. I'd also leave a journal message for your work coach (if you have one) or case manager informing them of your due date.

I took a photocopy of my matb1 form and sent the photocopy off to apply for the grant - it was approved with no issues. For UC I just took a photo of both sides and uploaded it to my journal - wasn’t asked to see the original

How long did it take for them to get back to you saying you've been accepted.
Its been 2 weeks since they recieved my sure start form and heard nothing back yet.
