Periods getting lighter each month, feeling movement low down

I may be crazy. The last 2 period have been significantly shorter and lighter than usual. To give you an idea, my period were so bad I was prescribed medication to lessen the bleeding (which I HAVE NOT) started taking yet because I felt something was different. My last period ended today and was only 3 days long compared to my usual 7-10 days and not as heavy. The one before was 6 days long but way lighter than normal. I took a test before both period and both were negative. I may add with my son (now 21) I didn't find out i was pregnant with him until I was 3 month due to still having periods. The movement I feel is flutters, nothing heavy. So could be gas...? Has anyone else experienced this type of thing and discovered it was or was not a baby? If it was a baby, how did events occur? Am I crazy to consider i may actually be pregnant whilst having periods? All be it lighter? Or am I at the age of soon to be 39, starting menopause? I know only a doc can say for sure but experiences much appreciated! I have gained weight, my boobs have grown which may be due to the weight gain. 2 months of feeling really off....maybe I am just going bonkers??

Would be fair to add, that obv if by a miracle it was a pregnancy it would be around the 11/12 week mark! Movement felt the last few days on several occasions.

Take a test if you think you could be pregnant. Do you want to be?

I've ordered some more tests. I am not actively trying, but if I was it wouldnt be tje worst thing. I have 3 sons already. The youngest is 5.

Yes, I re tested a couple of times and still a negative result. So I'm pretty sure its not a pregnancy at this stage. What's weird is my belly has continued to swell and deep blue views have appeared on my boobs. I am still feeling flutters, which could again be gas? I think a g.p visit is in order. I'm starting to think this is hypothyroidism? I know tho in some rare cases, a pregnancy can occur in this way. If I surprisingly give birth any time soon, I'll be sure to post immediately. Lol are you having tte same issue?

You are a few years younger than me OP but I've missed a period this month, boobs and belly bloated , sore nipples and milk tastes off !
I've not so much as sat next to a man for 3 years haha but my peri menopause is In full swing!

Could be ectopic pregnancy op? I think you can get -ve results if ectopic? Sorry if I just made that up, don't want to cause unnecessary worry. Please see doctor today. I think ovarian cancer can also cause some odd abdominal and hormonal symptoms. Just get checked today - please xxx
