Newbie - Just come off pill

My Fiancé and I have decided to start TTC in the new year. I'm on Deogestral ( mini pill) so I've come off it today. Heard lots of horror stories about long waits for withdrawal bleeds and AF returning so worrying now.

I've always loved the thought of being pregnant but the idea it could potentially actually happen within months has made me super anxious all of a sudden.

I conceived the first month we started trying, and we only started when we did because I was expecting to need to try for 12 months to be eligible for IVF. Oh, and it was twins. So definitely be sure you’re ready before you start because it might not take long!

I finished with my Cerelle pill (after 8 years with no period during this time) on Dec 7th so I guess we're kinda in the same place.
Have you had any withdrawal bleed or period yet? I've have nothing, or no signals of a cycle returning yet.

I had 3 days light withdrawal bleed between 19th and 21st dec and then some spotting in the last few days so I have no idea what's going on haha done a few OPK a and all negative
