Hi I'm new to all this so please bare with!

27 mother of a 10 year old little lady.

I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks (and also fibromyalgia) for a long time and been on anti anxiety meds and strong painkillers for a long time too. I have stopped taking everything before seeing my GP (receptionist have made getting an appointment very difficult) and have struggled to cope since doing so. Hoping to get seen by GP asap but just wondering if anyone else is going through this or has before?

TIA WOULD be nice to speak with anyone who can relate :)

Hi lovely

Welcome and congratulations on your pregnancy :)

I don’t have any experience, but you might find some more knowledgeable people in the pregnancy category (under the ‘becoming a parent’ heading)

Hi I'm 5 weeks pregnant and also have a 10 year old little girl. I've been on similar tablets for about 2 years. My doctor said I can carry on taking them as lots of people do but there is a small risk to the baby. I've completely come off them. But I've really struggled. U need to weight up the pros and cons. There is a risk to the baby but it's small. But it depends if you can cope without them. U need to speak to a doctor. Mine was very supportive xx
