Hi, I’m new to mumsnet. I’m just looking for some advice really, and to see if anyone else’s little ones been like mine. So in October Tommy was 10 months and he had hand foot and mouth and also had an ear infection I was told that this would clear on it’s own but it didn’t. So I went back in November and he was prescribed antibiotics for 1 week. He finished that course and it hadn’t cleared it so they gave him another and that cleared it for 3 days and then I had to go back and they gave him a different type which he reacted to after 2 days so they gave him an alternative and he’s finished that it cleared for 2 days and now it’s leaking again and he’s screaming with it so I’m going to have to take him back again. Surely this isn’t normal. This has been reoccurring since October it’s now end of December and we’ve had 4 courses of 3 different types of antibiotics 
has anyone else had this problem ? Xx
