Hi, after some help, I have tried various places but drawn a blank so thought someone here may know. I recently found a certificate which has a photo of me on it at a few months old. It says I am now a member of the wife and babies club. It has my birth date on it, 1957, and both parents names. Has anyone heard of this, or knows what it was for?
