I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant with baby number two, I already have a two year old and have had terrible sickness so far in this pregnancy and haven’t been able to stomach a million things so I’ve just been eating what I’ve wanted when I’ve fancied it as it was most likely the only thing j could stand at the time. Unfortunately that’s usually consisting of junk food, or sweets or anything fattening. Going to be by the end of this pregnancy. Only gained two stone collectively with my daughter and started that pregnancy of at a tiny 8 stone 2. Finding my rapidly changing shape really hard to deal with this time around. Has anybody got any advice to keep the weight gain to a minimum, do you gain more weight in your second pregnancy to your first?
