Helloo, this is my first post so hopefully this is right?!confused
I was wondering my DD is 7 months old, she is still in the early stages of weaning. She takes 2 small meals a day, but also still take 960 ml of aptimal stage 2 follow on milk per day? Should I have kept her on stage 1 aptimal until she has a more established weaning routine. As the stage 2 container advises 500-600ml of stage 2 milk?!

Unfortunately she has been suffering with constipation(sorry tmi,ha). Im just worried such a high quantity of stage 2 could be effecting her little tummy?
Anyone else had a similar concern? Any help would be amazing x

The NHS says there is no benefit to using follow on milk. It’s fine to keep using stage 1 milk until ready to move onto cow’s milk at around a year old.

My baby is 9mths. She has three meals a day and around 750ml a day. She’s had a bit of constipation since we started weaning and I’ve it down to all the new types of food.
