Hi There. I have seen mumsnet many times and assumed it was only for new or expecting mums.
Im in my 50's with two grown up children and about to embark on semi retirement so will have more time to be able join in the chat.
looking forward to the experience :-)

Hello and welcome! I'm a childfree Mumsnetter, and I'm really glad I discovered there was more to the site than information for new and expectant mums. There are lots of posters here with grown-up children, no children, grandchildren ...

I spend a lot of time on 'The Litter Tray' and in 'The Doghouse' (not literally Grin ) as I am 'mum' to two cats and a dog. So many topics here for different interests, you'll find lots to pass the time.

Hi I am I new to this site and was after some advice

Lakes77 · 27/08/2018 21:12

My good friend has been having a texting affair with one of our Neighbours - it’s gone on for about a year and I really disagree with it as it not right on the couple husband/wife. She said it’s stopped but as the kids all play together he is constantly round or texting .

Hello! I’m also new, I have a two year old daughter - going through horrific terrible twos and I’m also 12 weeks pregnant with number two at the moment. Just looking for a bit of advice on how to transition from one baby to two! Haven’t got any friends who have more than one child so struggling a bit for someone to talk to about it

Lisak1973 · 14/09/2018 17:25

So sorry your having troubles.im unfortunately not able to help. I only have I one (he's a handful!) Are there no stay and play centres by you? Local churches normally run them.look on your local authority website.they will have plenty of information. X

Rubessx · 14/09/2018 17:45

Ah thankyou I’ll have a look into it, I do find it a little bit daunting to be honest with you, find it quite difficult to get talking to other Mums I don’t know but perhaps I just need to push myself a bit more x
