My girls are 4 weeks and 5 days, would like to connect with other new mom's, I'm breastfeeding exclusively, together, it's amazing and tiring. Right breast is very sore, and hard in one area is it a blocked milk duct? They are great feeders do you think they are latching badly? My other breast if fine and I've always swapped breast between the twins, any and all answers appreciated
