Just joined as needing advice on dealing with my partners ex wife who is making our lives a living hell :(
I played no part in the end of their relationship, they have a young daughter together but she isn’t happy that he is with someone else, she has fabricated false allegations of abuse to police and got her son from another relationship to be “witness” to these allegations. We are awaiting a trial and been treated terribly by police and social workers etc who just believe everything she says!! Contact with his daughter has had to stop until this trial goes ahead.
Although there are bail conditions to prevent contact between my partner and his ex and the children which he is strictly adhering to, she has been travelling 50 miles to the place I live and hanging about!! Surely if you were supposedly terrified of someone you wouldn’t deliberately go to the place they live?? We just don’t know where this ends, there’s no such thing as innocent until proven guilty and I’ve lost all faith in the police.
