I just want to introduce myself. My name is Adrijana and I am pre and post natal specialist & Holistic Core Restore coach, and I am running pregnancy pilates and post natal classes in Newmarket at Bedford Lodge Fitness Studio.
All classes are focused on strenghtening women’s body depending on where you are on their journey. But safety, adjustable exercises and progress is our priority.
