6 month seperated ..2 years no intimacy

hi mums i was wondering if yous could help, me and my wife seperated 6 months ago after 4 years of marriage and the last two years theres was no intimacy at all. I havent been with anyone sincw we split s my confidence is at an all time low..any tips?

Hi I'm a new comer to net mums although I hasten to add I'm a net dad? Is this allowed? I hope so, all you great mums out there grovel,grovel.... Can you help, I have 2 girls,& 2 boys, well my older. Son is at Y.P.A AND HAS a EHCP but he is only at the school which is said to be able to cater for his needs??!! A 1 hour& 30 mins a day! Is this right or even legal? Can any mum out there tell me? I'm basically expected to get him to school at 3.00pm and pick him up at 4.30! Are they mad!!? Or is it me?! So I've had enough I've kept him off school for the last 12 days but how much longer is he going to be learning nothing becoming a recluse a 12 year old zombie? I want to cry over this so what, men can cry but I'm in hell watching him waste away he is very intelligent, although he is diagnosed with ASD,ADHA, AND 2 OTHER traites of the autism spectra that I can't remember, I'm doing my best as I can, as my 6 year old son has ASD, HE IS AT L.F.P.A, AND MY 2 DAUGHTERS 14YEARS& 16 YEARS OLD SO IM BUSY sadly my wife there mum just walked out on us all in may after 17 years in the what we think is a major mental breakdown and its devastated us, as there been no contact from her at all its heartbreaking especially for children with special needs trying to cope at there young age, please can anyone here, there or anywhere help me get the help we so desperately need, getting tired got to go , goodnight all you good loving parents and carer's out there, take care always.
