Hi, 3 weeks ago my partner was arrested for assaulting me, I've been told he will be getting done for 2x assaults on me, one on my 12 year old son, criminal damage and threatening behaviour. Police have all evidence they need and have passed it onto the cps, anyone know how long this will take? As he is going around telling everyone he can that I punched myself even tho I have witnesses... Also he is in the army will this affect anything?
