Hi, [smile] I'm new! I'm an Italian mother of two, in love with Edinburgh and the Britain in general. I live here with my daughters from four years now. There's my question: does anyone know if the Drum Brae area in west Edinburgh is a safe place for a family of three, a mother with two young girls? I've found a pretty home nearby (in Alan Break Gardens) but don't know if it's a good place for us (note also that we only use buses for moving, 'cause I don't have a car).
