Needing to Chat A lot/Don't like being Alone. Neurodiversity or Trauma?

I have discovered I like to chat a lot. Not too much or I feel drained especially in a group situation. I much prefer one to one conversation or a very small group. Chatting especially in depth, feels like a need in my day like eating and breathing.
Perhaps have a need for background stimulus such as radio playing.
I've lurched into early retirement due to health issues.
It means I am not currently occupied very much during the day though have 3 or 4 coffee meet ups most weeks. I honestly think I need something a bit more fulfilling than drinking coffee but I've become reliant on these chats.
I also experience awful procrastination. Tend to leave the housework until it piles up and get out of the house.
I have a small and lovely circle of friends. I am wearing the ears out on one of them who is a particularly good listener!

I don't like being alone very much.
I don't like silence. I wish I did.

I'm receiving treatment for C-PTSD. I know it is a factor. I can't decide how much is due to this or down to ND (I am awaiting an ND diagnosis).

Anyone?

And what is worse, when I try activities such as swimming/gym I get bored and frustrated because I want company/ to chat!

I start classes and get bored. Only one thing has stuck where I don't chat and even that I go along to with a friend.
I did go along to the cinema on my own and enjoyed that immensely but even that is stimulus.
Low boredom threshold or need for company?

Oh no, I was hoping someone might come along and say they relate.
