Has anyone used this when applying for jobs? I meet the essential criteria for loads but keep getting rejected at sift. The scheme guarantees an interview to people who use it and meet essential criteria. I think I legally would qualify with my ADHD but I dunno. It feels a bit wrong to use the scheme. I put a redacted copy of my psych report into ChatGPT who says I would almost definitely meet the legal threshold for disability but then I dont CONSIDER myself disabled.
