Have people in office jobs successfully used AI to help them organise their workload better? Any tips?

Sorry if this sounds like the most basic question ever. I don’t work in an office environment and don’t have the kind of job where I need AI to keep track of projects etc.

Husband is ND (AuDHD, emphasis on the Au) and struggling hugely with his mid level professional office job. Just losing track and getting overwhelmed and losing cognitive capacity and flicking between projects and taking forever to complete things. Quality of his work is suffering as well, I think because of the overwhelm. He’s about to go on a PIP and it’s just really quite heartbreaking because he can do it, iyswim, he can do every individual bit of it, but the executive function to keep track and finish stuff and organise stuff is just not there.

my questions:
has anyone successfully used AI as a sort of personal assistant/organisation tracker?

Does anyone have any other tricks and tools that have helped them? he is trying meds again but historically has not found them helpful. Just want to make sure we’ve explored everything. Thanks in advance.
