Early help home visit

Apologies for spelling. Am upset and dyslexic

So long story short
My child has autism
My then 4 now 5 year old had an accident in the garden. ( fell over and cut his eye, no stictchs needed) My neighbour complained to the school and they referred us to early help.
So me and my partner went to parenting courses and now have the person coming out to see our home and garden.

Am worried.
What should I expect?
We had a water leak so house is mess.
I'm so worried.
It's never stopping.

That seems an overreaction for falling in the garden that didn’t require stitches. What was your neighbour’s complaint? Did you take your child to A&E? Did a social worker phone and speak to you to ask what happened? I’m not seeing how a fairly insignificant accident in the garden has led to an early help referral
plus parenting courses. Can you say more about what happened and what’s been going on? It must be very stressful.

My neighbour made up more stuff. Saying we kept knifes out and rotting food. Yep. The person who came around was so nice about everything. Didn't take him to a&e as it stopped bleeding very quickly and he seemed fine. She came around and the case has now closed. I feel as though I can't parent my child though as the neighbours complain constantly.
