Just that really. I had cancer last year and I really think medication would help massively rather than relying on AD to calm my mind.
just to add, this also happened to my daughter. On the list apparently for 2 years (I even phoned the gp twice to make sure) and they said yes but due to admin error she was never put on!
not sure how to feel now, I assumed I’d be getting close a light at the end of the tunnel but now I just feel deflated 😢
