Mounjaro and stimulants

Oddly niche query here: I've been on mounjaro for over a year and now titrating back down as I've hit my goal weight (don't want to lose any more, just don't want to quit cold turkey and thought a low and slow titration would help mitigate any severe return of hunger/food noise). Currently taking 5mg from a max dose of 10mg
Have just started concerta 5 days ago and the mounjaro is making it last about 18 hours instead of the intended 12.
Now thinking should I try and stop the mounjaro, and hope that the appetite suppression effect of the adhd meds will take over from the mounjaro and also stop the stupidly extended medication effects? Or should I stick to my initial plan of keeping titrating the mounjaro for another few months as I've already got the pens for it....

Speak to your prescriber. It might be that a methylphenidate with an 8 hour profile is better for you. That's what my 7yo takes but usually at least where we live, they tend to switch them to the 12-hour versions when they start secondary school and it's what adults usually take as well. But there are 8 hour versions.

Also it might not be the mounjaro specifically, my doctor told me people just react differently to the medication and the duration is only an estimate and may vary for different people.
