So almost a year ago my son was referred right to choose for adhd assessment. I chose a provider that had a 12 week waiting list. 11 months to the day of the referral he finally had his assessment. He was then booked for today for his follow up phone call for me to find out the results. 14:00 was his time and by 14:15 I phoned to find out what happened. Only to be told the clinician was off sick today. This is obviously not the issue the issue then came about as there person could only send the booking team an email to contact me to get it rescheduled and she could not explain why I had not been contacted as I had even had a text reminder less than an hour before the scheduled phonecall. Im feeling really let down and now I have to wait until 17th March for the call because either the clinician or myself were available at sometime until then. Im just so devastated about the even longer delay. Has anyone else had similar issues. I just want to know if he is or isn't.
