I've been on and off antidepressants my whole life
Just come to the realisation I can't manage the side effects to get past the first week on them.
So ,it's just me and propropnal fighting anxiety and depression from now on.
Has anyone else found the same and managed successfully without antidepressants

Are you starting on the lowest dose e.g. 5mg, and staying there for a week?

I've gone off them for long periods. Then have a burnout and go back on them for 6 months. I'm staying on them a bit longer this time.

Exercise routine is key. I also had some trauma therapy. Magnesium glycinate tablets and Epson salt baths help with anxiety too.
