Not sure i am posting inthe right section.
We have been trying to get an asd/ adhd assessment for my 11 year old, year 7 child for a while.
We filled in the new "tool" thing to help with assessment 16 months ago and then the repeat forms 13 months ago. Had a letter in April saying we would hear within 6 months.
Apparently his school has now been given an appointment for a teams meeting for next week. I have been invited to join at school in person.
What do I need to do? Think about? Etcetc.
I have had no further correspondence. My child is struggling a lot and school haven't been great ( this is an understatement) I have another appointment at school later this week already scheduled to discuss his needs.
I want to be prepared.
Not quite sure how to word this on here. Hoping people will understand and give me some advice!
