Can’t do team work

I volunteer
We are all on the autistic spectrum.
We work on projects together (or we’re supposed to) which we are supposed to promote and nothing is getting done.
We all want to work on our own projects.
If we share our project nobody can agree on everything. Someone will want to change parts. It takes ages to make shared projects and nothing ever comes of them. Nobody wants their projects changed. Nothing is getting done. It’s taking months, years, and work wasted.
I don’t see a reason why we can’t just work on our own project
Management want us to work together. It’s impossible.

I hear what you’re saying. It would certainly make more sense to work on your own projects and the perhaps come together once when towards completing it.
