Lonely and neurodivergent

Hi I was diagnosed with ADHD hyper active impulsive type this summer.
I have always been v busy at work and with dcs the last one left home 3 years ago.
I cut my hours to normal ones as I'm now late 50s.
I had one job where I was ostracized so went to my current place where the majority of people are lovely and some neurodiverse themselves.
I saw my adult dcs last week and it made me realize how lonely I really am.
Having had bad bouts of social anxiety and rejection sensitivity dysphoria I guess I struggle to socialize.
Anyone else feel like me.?
Happy chatty and ok at work then lonely on time off.

Hi there! also late 50s with ADHD. Autism as well.

What I've noticed it that people I click with straight away tend to be ND.

I don't really feel lonely but I think it is just good luck. I could easily become lonely.

Have you got any hobbies?
