I'm not young and not different in ages to two other team mates yet I was left out of a promotional item today.
In fairness it was a sub section with our whole unit if that makes sense.Others were in it that were not directly involved.
5 people just not me . Someone even asked why I wasn't in it.
I'm feeling low anyway.It looks like they are ashamed of me.

Do you mean social media posts like "look at us all dressed in pink for breast cancer week"? Yes. I hate having my photo taken anyway, so I'm more relieved than annoyed, but it would be nice to be asked. There are also other similar situations that I get left out of, where it would be nice to have been asked.

I understand the let them theory and usually apply it.
It just hits hard when it's work and I take pride in it.
