What were the signs/your traits

Currently going through an autism & adhd assessment. Pretty sure I've got both. Im a 40 year old mum of 2.

I know autism shows up very differently in various people & different with adults and children. I'm curious - what are your traits? What gave you that light bulb moment?

It’s interesting how differently autism and ADHD can present in adulthood, especially after years of adapting or masking. For many people, recognising long-standing patterns in sensory needs, routines, attention or social situations can be the point where things finally start to make sense.
