Restricted diet

I've gone back to eating cheesy pasta every day. I used to have a dietician because of restricted eating. over time I managed to expand my diet, and I can technically eat everything now - at a cost to my mental health. I feel sick when I eat most foods.
it's not healthy to stay stuck on one food, but I don't know how to get the balance right between meeting my nutritional needs and not making myself feel
worse.
Has anyone found ways to manage this or foods that are more sensory-friendly but still allow for a healthy diet
I've also been really stressed lately, and after socialising - even when it
goes well with someone like I end up pacing back and forth and pulling at my hair a lot. are there ways to make socialising easier for me so that it doesn’t impact me so much or do I need to become a hermit

How do you feel about lentil pasta? (Or similar eg chickpea pasta)
I find it has a similar enough taste and texture that I don’t mind it!

Sending you Flowers, socialising is rough, please be kind to yourself. I also struggle so have no good advice on this sorry x
