Vitamins for helping manage ADHD

My daughter (10) has been diagnosed with ADHD, I would say it is relatively mild, she’s over achieving at school however often rushes work, she is rather argumentative and often blurts stuff out which sometime affects friendships etc. she has been prescribed meds but I would prefer her not to be on them unless she really really needs them and had read lots about children helping ADHD using vitamins such as magnesium and others. I’ve tried to read a lot about this but it’s awfully confusing as to what might work and also what brands as some are very low doses. I wondered if anyone has found a good brand and mix of vitamins that have helped their child (appreciate what works for one will not always work for another)

could you please share what you use, including the brand and dose! Thank you

There's some evidence that a mediterrrean diet helps ADHD. Omega 3 is a good shout.

Hi

My husband and I were recommended Get Dopa, from the practitioner who diagnosed us, earlier this year. I have found it very helpful, particularly as I have had a vitamin B6 deficiency in the past. I should say that it isn't cheap, but I do notice a difference, if I haven't taken it for a few days.
