As a mum to a audhd 19 yo daughter

What's the single most successful thing that you had to either help for young person or help yourself with anxiety please.

Sertraline was doing ok but I feel it's not as effective these days.

Uses propranolol

She has had therapy cbt emdr helped for a while. Having more emdr over summer

Her world is shrinking and I'm getting worried.

Hi, I have a DD of same age who is going through therapy & assessment for suspected AuDHD. I would describe her as a bright, caring, sensitive/sometimes anxious teen (with reasons). Above everything I have tried for myself and her, the one thing that really helps us both is swimming - just breast stroke at own pace and duration - and after a few sessions we actually feel human. It's like having your battery recharged to normal.

I swim twice a week. I'd love dd you join but she won't. I'll keep trying. You're right tho it absolutely helps me reset.
Thank you
