Yogurt without bits!

I’m trying to expand my limited diet, but have sensory processing disorder. I can’t bear bits in yogurt but finding more and more of them seem to contain them with no indication on the packaging. Today I picked up some strawberry flavour Greek yogurt in Aldi, assuming it would be a safe bet. Nope! Can anyone offer recommendations? I don’t want to keep eating petit filous in my 40’s 😂

Tesco fromage frais are smooth but I'm unsure if they're similar to petit filous. They are nice.

Squidgies are the best

Full fat plain Greek yoghurt.

Add honey if needs sweetness.

Yoghurt with bits in would be made illegal if I had my way 😂

I made my husband taste test these the other day and he informs me they have no bits. https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/products/yeo-valley-organic-little-yeos-fruity-favourites-kids-yogurt-selection/068408-34727-34728

No bits in these either https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/266864059?_gl=114z9kga_upMQ.._gaMTA5Mzc2MzQzLjE3NTA0NDkzODQ._ga_33B19D36CY*czE3NTA0NDkzODQkbzEkZzAkdDE3NTA0NDkzODQkajYwJGwwJGgxOTkzMTI4OTE5

And, if high protein yoghurts are your thing, Lindahls protein yoghurts are bit free too.

Yeo Valley Honey Greek yoghurt is the most lovely yoghurt ever. No bits as no fruit.

If you add lemon curd to plain yoghurt it’s v nice - other jams or jellies would work too but you might have to strain the jam
