Has anyone been to see Hester Grainger's ADHD Unmasked?

I want to go but have no one to go with and everytime I go to book I get crippled with anxiety! Has anyone been? How did you find it?

Just come back from it. Highly recommend it. I'd say pretty much all the audience resonated with all of it.

She is very honest and open and funny and the first half is her talking, the second half is question and answer - you don't have to ask a question but if you want to you can leave a question in a bowl by the stage during the interval or there is a mic that you can use. She is very kind and thoughtful with her answers.

i am undiagnosed but both my children are waiting for an ASD / adhd assessment.....

if you have the chance still, I would book it.

the theatre was only half (maybe less) full -she says she asks for a compact audience.
